Mt. Naupa is located in City of Naga at the central part of Cebu island.
HOW TO GET THERE?
DEPARTURE: Punta Princessa Church
1. Ride a jeepney from Punta Princessa Church bound to Naga and arrive at the Mount Naupa junction, Tungkop Minglanilla. Just ask assistance from the driver.
Fare: 12php
Trip Duration: 1 hour
Landmarks: Lolo Tinong's Bakeshop, Across Tungkop Road and Julie's Bakeshop
2. There are a lot of available 'habal-habal' at the entrance going to the trail head. Going there by pairs will help you pay less than going in odd numbers. I advise you to go there by pairs.
Fare: 100php per motorcycle; good for 2 already. If alone, you must pay 100.
Trip Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour
The trail head is the narrow way at the left side of the chapel. It's very easy to locate and the "habal-habal" driver will drop you off at the chapel.
COLORFUL SKIES
Mt. Naupa is very peaceful. You cannot expect too much of the city view but you can expect more of nature, the sky, and the stars. You can mostly see of the green mountains and trees. The view is very nice for photographs and sunset views here never failed us.
THE PICTURESQUE SUNSET WILL NEVER FAIL YOUR INSTAGRAM.
This is opposite to the city view wherein we can see lights from the houses in the mountains. It is still breathtaking and beautiful. I always love how the sky is very colorful here.

You can pass by a very short river with clear water. Be sure to wear your trekking or hiking sandals to enjoy the cold flowing water. ♥

The peak is very suitable for overnight camping. The cold breeze will add to the excitement. There are sari-sari stores nearby that sells alcoholic drinks and some food if you forgot to bring some.
There is also a 50php overnight fee per head at the camping site but you can go to the higher mountain peak and have a camping there for free.
